Who should register as media?

Media registration is open only to working journalists with an accredited media outlet.

Qualifications of all media outlets will be determined by media registration staff. Employees of media outlets who do not work in an editorial capacity will not be qualified for a media badge such as:

Art Directors, District Managers, Graphic Designers, Publishers, Managers, Marketing Representatives, Public Relations Personnel, Sales Representatives and Senior Level Managerial staff.

I have qualified as media and attended the Disaster Resilience Conference in the past. Do I have to re-register again?

Yes. If you were qualified as media for previous conferences, you are not automatically guaranteed a media badge for future conferences. You are required to submit new credentials each year to be considered for a media badge.
